At Ramatheertham there are three lines of hills standing parallel east and west, and each separated from the other by a narrow valley. The southernmost hill (adjacent to the village) is known as the Bodhikonda consisting of Temple of Lord Rama, rock cut cisterns, Jaina remains consisting of natural and rock cut caves and images, a ruined brick temple and prehistoric rock shelters towards the southwest end.
